A little bit about myself

My name is Shahaf Himo.

I found photography at the age of 13 when I was in New York at Erez Sabag's Studio, who is one of the most talented photographers I met in my life.

He opened me to a world I have never seen before, and from that day I decided that is what I want to do with my life.

When I got back to Israel I learned photography for 2 years and started working with several fashion photographers such as Erez Sabag, Ron Kedmi & Ronen Fadida.

I think photography is the best way to express ones thoughts, dreams & fantasies.

As a high-end retoucher my skill-set and industry expertise are comprehensive and up-to-date. I make it my top priority to see that my job is done well and efficiently. 

During my time working at Erez Sabag Studio as a retoucher (among other positions), I was able to significantly expand my skill-set. I have learned a great deal and expand my knowledge. Among my achievements are retouching jobs for GQ, Elle Indonesia, Cosmopolitan UK, Treats!, Zink, Chormat and more. In my 7 years doing retouching, I have honed my skill-set and accomplished a great deal.

I am motivated, task-oriented and efficient. My knowledge of the beauty/fashion industry is comprehensive and current. 

My enthusiasm and commitment to excellence have served me well. I have extensive experience with beauty/fashion/e-comm/still live and portrait retouching.
